I called on Thursday for a quote, Mark the owner said he’d be there Friday morning. No show not even a phone call saying he couldn’t come. That tells me he’s not responsible and inconsiderate I wouldn’t hire him now anyway.
Mark and his crew are great! They showed up on time and got the job done removing ice from a second story roof. I'd highly recommend them.
