Worst patient care ever. I had a virtual visit with Allina and then I was referred to this lab to get tests done. They sent me home with a kits to do myself and gave no instructions. When I went back to clinic for drop off I had to wait. This entire time I’m really sick, like I need to be home in bed sick. First off, it’s not my job to collect my sample, second, get people who actually know how to their jobs, and third don’t make me drive all over the metro while sick
