Disclaimer: I never personally lived here. However, I spoke with the manager in depth about the renting process, what it looks like, and how specifically it would affect my girlfriend's living situation. Especially if you have a child or children do not rent here. THE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF MOLDS!!! And do blame it tenants instead of actually getting professionals to fix it. It is a nice town to live in but not those apartments. ALL MANAGEMENT CARES ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY NOT THE SAFETY OF THEIR TENANTS!! Most who have younger kids starts getting sick after living there for a while!
My wife and I lived in Maple Grove for the last 5 years. The area is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The pricing for a one bedroom is fair. The office manager Davia is very helpful and on top of things that need to be fixed. I would highly suggest this place if you're looking for a one bedroom apartment in a quiet area.
