I would mark ZERO stars but it made me put one to post this. I lived there 11 years and never violated rules or missed rent but did report the Mgr for misconduct from false evictions, purposeful black outs for months, stalking tenants with cameras and any other sources available to her she would use to get rid of anyone who spoke out against her. Manager never answers calls(even after calling 20 times in a row), answering machine is filled. Turn away from this place if you're diligently looking for a place.

Have you ever wanted to live in an apartment with no W/D hook ups, no D/W, no other amenities either, and you have to pay for laundry, there's no insulation in the walls and you can hear every word your neighbor says, the manager will never answer your call or call you back and is hardly ever there, and they say it's low income but keep raising the rent? Then Maple(Ghetto) Grove is the place for you. Where you get what you paid for..absolutely nothing.
