Maintenance guy sucks had plenty of problems first day of move in talked to property manager she said she was gone put in the information for him to come Monday it’s Friday I haven’t got one update and it’s a smell in my bathroom tub drain and hallways stank as well hope you guys get it together and take the property more serious
I need to update my review to reflect the opinion of me living here for at least 3 months. I can still say that what is said about maintenance and people saying they take too long is not true at all. It's people saying that who don't understand the process of how many work orders this place receives daily and having only 4 maintenance people I believe. I moved into Maple grove on May 2nd. The girl who did the tour with me did not tell me there was only one washer and dryer for the whole building and the washer and dryer are covered in dirt and dust and you also have to take cash out and put it on the laundry card kiosk thing every single time you need to do laundry. She did not say the oven is basic as hell and doesn’t even have a timer, there’s no microwave or dishwasher either.
