Great place. Location, price, and size are unmatched in the area
I have been moved in for about 2 weeks and so far the experience has been pretty decent. You cannot really find another complex that offers the layout of sq footage nearby for the price. The Maintenance team is honestly the best part of it all. Calvin and Jesse are very responsive and have been on top of a lot even with the holidays being around. I live here at The Maples and since Calvin Carter has started as the Maintenance manager he has been so helpful. When I request maintenance he usually responds very fast. I am thankful he is the Maintenance manager now.
I moved in a few months ago. Things were not looking good until recently. There are some issues with missing packages. One good thing is the grounds are cleaner and the new Maintenance Manager (Calvin) really goes above and beyond to help and when he fixes an issue he really does a great job. He is very professional and I think he is going to help with a lot of issues. I have to give him 5 stars but over all the complex has some improving to do.
Mr. Carter kept me in the loop as to was going on and when the job was done. Answer all questions and concerns.
