I have live here for 2 years and it very peaceful. I love the staff but Yana is my favorite whenever I put in a request for something to be done, it gets done in a timely fashion
Office never answers their phone lines
I worked with Eyana and she did a fantastic job of assisting my family on which unit was right for me and my family! Great experience overall and felt like I wasn’t rushed in my process.
Just had a walkthrough with a very nice young lady named Avery. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough tour of my new apartment! Hopefully if everything checks out I’ll be moving in soon! If management reads these reviews please let them know Avery was amazing and I look forward to many years at Maplegrove! If I could give her 6 stars I would!
Brianna was very nice, and patient! Made my move in day very smooth! Excellent customer service!
