Just moved in and so far so good. The maintenance crew is very helpful and professional and the office staff is very nice. The process to get approved is done on user friendly website and the property is clean and well maintained and the apartment is reasonably priced. Overall a very good experience.
This is my first apartment I have ever lived in so not live here they do not fix anything my ac has been out for a month and my water is brown I have made multiple complaints and they said they would fix it and they haven’t it is now two months and nothing has been fixed. The people are very noisy nothing gets done around here.
Loud upstairs neighbors and during my time here I had gotten robbed. My apartment was ransacked and office didn't seem to care much.
I’ve been living here for about 3 months. I just put in two maintenance orders for non-emergency issues late at night and it was handled by the next afternoon, which I haven’t had at other complexes.
