Maintenance takes months to come out after you make an emergency maintenance report nothing in there units is update for the price and cost to live here plus if you use medical marijuana you can’t smoke in your own home you pay rent for. This is the 2nd year my heat then went out or it’s working properly in The winter. Which causes me and my 1 year old child to catch a cold due to the apartment being so cold.
You pay 1000+ in rent just for the parking lot to be pothole city no one wants to deal with that
Icant believe how horrible my experience has been with everything from the maintenance requests all the way to the incompetence in the office. 0/5 experience would never reccomend someone to live here
Overall experience has been great. Everyone is different but I’ve had very few and minor issues in the last 3 years. Any inconveniences had been fixed quickly and safely from the maintenance and management team!
