Horrible apartments. Smells like cat piss outside bc the neighbors feed the homeless animals. Also don’t expect to get any sleep here, every other morning they have people cut the grass with loud lawnmowers at 7 in the morning in the winter….makes no sense there’s nothing to cut. Absolutely ridiculous, upstairs neighbors complain about the unprofessional grass cutters all the time but nobody listens. Only perk is you can smoke weed indoors and nobody complains.
They were attentive.
Have a friend that used to live there he moved out they shot his car and there was also a car that was caught on fire also . she’s working the apartments have gang members from Calwa living there they sell pot and smoke right in front of the kids ! manager is aware of the situation there and the maintance guy that’s there he buys pot from the guy that sells !
Apartment is a friendly place but the rent doesn't fit the lack of maintenance and care of the apartment itself. You have to wait for a response from headquarters to get things done?.?.but overall, they're not bad.
I have not had a bad encounter while living here. The complex is clean as a whole. We have the bums digging in the trash but that’s the worst I could say. My kids school is so close that It would take me less than a minute to get to if I hit a green light. Love it.
