Over the last 20 years I have had extensive dental work done and as a result have seen many dentists. I 've had some that weren't so great and others who were very talented, while many others were in between. However none of them, not even the best could hold a candle to Dr. Shin. Dr. Shin took me on short notice for an emergency dental procedure. He is professional, gentle, and explains well what is going on during the procedure. Excellent visit with very satisfactory results! Kudos also to Dr. Shin's friendly and efficient colleagues!
Dr. Shin is the finest Dentist in Glen Ellyn — and the minute you come in the door, you are made welcome by the entire staff!
Dr. Shin does excellent dental work. I am impressed with his knowledge and abilities. Dr. Shin made a beautiful crown for me on a tooth that other dentists may not have been able to save. Dr. Shin clearly explains everything before and during his procedures. He has a relaxed personality which puts me at ease. I feel fortunate to have found this dentist. He is a true perfectionist and a very nice person.
Friendly, pleasant staff. Although not the most important thing you look for in a dentist, it is reassuring. The dentist himself is calm, compassionate, and explains everything to you all during the procedure. My tooth was out, literally, before I knew it. After 35 years with the same dentist, we had to find a new one, Dr Shin gets our vote and our teeth. If you're searching for a dentist, definitely give this one a try.
Dr. Shin and staff are friendly, caring, efficient, providing the best dental health experience I've had. All procedures are clearly explained so the patient is comfortable and confident.
Dr Brian Shin first of all is an excellent dentist. Highly skilled and technically proficient. Most important,he is a good man. He treats everyone with dignity and respect. He had a funny personality and is nice. Since he moved his practice from Oak Park to Glenn Ellyn it has been more difficult to see him. The extra effort has been worth it.
I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a dental office before. Dr. Shin is super professional and is great at communicating with staff and patients (exactly how it should be)! Staff is also great! There are other dental offices near me but the drive to Glen Ellyn (40 min drive) was worth it!
