Being new to this area and looking for a new doctor, I called this office to have my records transferred and to schedule an appointment. The woman who answered, Pat, was the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I had only three questions and she answered all three with a bored "Mmmm hmmm". When I asked to schedule an appointment she said "He's booked up for at least a month". I've worked in a doctor's office and this is totally unprofessional.
