I work at a long term care facility and we had a very small petite so very sweet lady pass. Maple sent a man out to pick up the deceased and I was SHOCKED AND MORTIFIED how aggressive and RUDE this man was. Ignored the staff wouldn’t speak back at all, finally muttered what funeral home he was with. Picked up this very small woman and tossed her body around as if she was a larger person.
