About a year ago, I tried to book an appointment with them. They were in the same building as my family doctor, and I saw their sign by the elevator. I tried to book online. It shouldn’t be this hard, with never ending questions. I already spent half hour answering questions, when I finally gave up. Just ridiculous. 🤨I realize that they want a medical history, but not being diabetic, I shouldn’t have to write a book. Nobody’s got time or patience for that. I gave up and went elsewhere. 🧐
The worst experience I’ve ever had with an orthotics clinic. Went on their website to make an appointment online. The scheduling system showed that there were no vacancies for months. I called the clinic and was given a date, however I was told that I would receive an email with a link to a form that I had to fill out. I didn’t receive an email. The chiropodist is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has foot pain, she takes her time with her patients.
