I took my mother to see her a few days ago and was more than satisfied with her service. In fact, I think it was well worth the consultation/initial fee. I had an excellent experience with Dr Mai, my podiatrist doctor. From the very first appointment, she took the time to carefully assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain the treatment plan in a way that was clear and easy to understand. About a year ago, I tried to book an appointment with them. They were in the same building as my family doctor, and I saw their sign by the elevator. I tried to book online. It shouldn’t be this hard, with never ending questions. I already spent half hour answering questions, when I finally gave up. Just ridiculous. 🤨I realize that they want a medical history, but not being diabetic, I shouldn’t have to write a book. Nobody’s got time or patience for that. I gave up and went elsewhere. 🧐
The worst experience I’ve ever had with an orthotics clinic. Went on their website to make an appointment online. The scheduling system showed that there were no vacancies for months. I called the clinic and was given a date, however I was told that I would receive an email with a link to a form that I had to fill out. I didn’t receive an email.
