Have never had an issue with getting appointments when needed. Dr. Martel is the best doctor i have seen and has made it comfortable for me to come in and never makes it feel like I am a burden. She actually listens when there is an issue and explains reasons why it could be happening and how we can fix it. 10/10 recommend this doctors office.
Two different doctors for my elderly parents at Maple Clinic and as POA for my parents, the drs and medical support staff have been excellent in helping me support my parents medical care.
Frequently left in the wait room for an hour past booked appointments.
For when a scheduled appointment is too long a wait, and it's not quite urgent for local hospitals' emergency rooms, the MFHT walk-in has served our family well.
