These might be the most overpriced/overvalued apartments in Lee's Summit. Our rent is going from ~$1,100 to $1,700 for a one month extension (originally a six month lease). The area itself is not in a good place, and the "renovated apartments" were simply given a coat of paint and some newer appliances and put back on the market. Don't waste your time and money here if you can avoid it.
