This message is for everyone that wants to visit Dr Daniel Sun office for teeth whitening procedure. please save your money and dnt go there find yourself a home whitening because you’re better off doing so. some of the receptionist are so rude and you dnt want to be in such environment. I have been coming to Dr. Sun's office for the past 20 years. I have moved away from his Maple location, yet I drive an hour every 3 months to attend his office for my cleanings, my mother as well. I love this clinic, the staff is warm, welcoming, and always remember me and my family members. The clinic itself is super clean and professional. One of the reception is a stuck up person. She acts like she owns this place. She has to know there is lots of Dentists out there. She does not listen to customer needs at all. Does not take turns to talk. She needs to take customer service courses to learn new 1 or 2 things. Never going there anymore.
Great customer service and the staff is always fantastic here. I've been coming for years for routine cleanings and even had an implant done here. Dr. Sun and his team are consistent, caring and I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.
