Living at maple crossing has been the worst experience, and it’s only been 3 months. I absolutely do not recommend for anyone to live here. If you do, you have to deal with condescension from office staff and management, lacking communication, dishonesty, and forgetfulness. They bait you into applying with false promises of specific units, parking, and how up to date the apartment is. They say “oh well” and move on. It doesn’t affect them one bit. Getting Better with the new management, quick to fix things, units are kept up to date!!
Lived here a few years ago (2019) and the manager at that time was the main cause of my leaving. I then returned because that person was gone and I wanted to be closer too my eldest kiddo. I've lived here now for a few years (4+) and am beyond grateful for the staff that's here now. They had a few temps until they found someone who was looking for more than part time work and the maintenance is beyond awesome. I love living at Maple Crossing. it's affordable, and staff is friendly, and responsive. I love my apartment, and like a lot of my neighbors I expect I will stay here for many years.
I recently moved in here and have something to say. Many reviews seem scary, but in reality, that’s not the case. The apartment was clean, and during the inspection, three issues were found, which the management resolved the same day. The courtyard is very clean and peaceful. The laundry and dryer work without any issues. The management team is very friendly and willing to make accommodations and help you. I highly recommend these apartments for living!
