Don’t recommend it, because walls covered with mold in first quarter and condensation began to collect on the windows and ventilation, we told in office to which we received the answer, “open the windows, the house is insured, we will not do anything without the insurance company”, they came and looked, they said wait, after 5 months of waiting, we left there.
I wouldn't recommend this place, the laundry room was closed, the garbage overflowing, pot smoking everywhere, cops were there all the time, loud neighbors, sketchy to say the least. Not to mention that I only unlawfully received 1/2 of my deposit back since I never received a move in/out form, it was never cleaned moving in, I got charged for things I didn't do 😡. I left my apartment way better than I found it! Managers don't do a thing, office is always closed, nobody answers the phone, etc. It's a disaster!
