I moved into my unit with high expectations, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. From the beginning, there were significant issues—nothing in the unit functioned properly for nearly two months. It ultimately took about three months for repairs to be completed, and I had to repeatedly follow up and remind management about what needed fixing. Living at maple crossing has been the worst experience, and it’s only been 3 months. I absolutely do not recommend for anyone to live here. If you do, you have to deal with condescension from office staff and management, lacking communication, dishonesty, and forgetfulness. They bait you into applying with false promises of specific units, parking, and how up to date the apartment is. They say “oh well” and move on. It doesn’t affect them one bit.
