Lived here a few years ago (2019) and the manager at that time was the main cause of my leaving. I then returned because that person was gone and I wanted to be closer too my eldest kiddo. I've lived here now for a few years (4+) and am beyond grateful for the staff that's here now. They had a few temps until they found someone who was looking for more than part time work and the maintenance is beyond awesome. I love living at Maple Crossing. it's affordable, and staff is friendly, and responsive. I love my apartment, and like a lot of my neighbors I expect I will stay here for many years.
I recently moved in here and have something to say. Many reviews seem scary, but in reality, that’s not the case. The apartment was clean, and during the inspection, three issues were found, which the management resolved the same day. The courtyard is very clean and peaceful. The laundry and dryer work without any issues. The management team is very friendly and willing to make accommodations and help you. I highly recommend these apartments for living!
Slumlords. There is way too much mold there. They should at least clean the gutters. It made me sick. I feel much better physically now that I've moved out. Plus, like how long do you let the drug dealer next door continue to live there with all her theaving traffic? Id like my stuff back, or not stolen in the first place. They also lost my paperwork and overcharged me rent by $300/month for 6 months with no offer of reimbursement. Slumlords. BTW.. the laundry mat up the street by qfc is cheaper, better, and faster.
Manager doesn’t care about to keep the place clean at all, bad because this community could be better but she makes it worst. The apartment I got was infected with carpet bugs, the carpet supposed to be new, the kitchen and bathroom cabinets were painted on top of the dirtiness, the front door is broken and just fixed with two screws, which is hard to lock the door.
