Great staff! I always feel very welcomed with I visit the office.
Beck" dentistry was great, but it's been taken over by "Maple Creek." And it was strange because it literally happened over night and the staff has been very hush-hush about what's going on. I was never notified about the change...showed up for an appointment I'd scheduled 6 months earlier and SURPRISE! I had no time to verify the practice was on my insurance, though the staff "guaranteed" me that they are. Now they've billed my insurance incorrectly causing the claim to be denied.
