For six years, Maple Creek Apartments has been my home, and working with Amber has been an absolute pleasure. Her communication skills are superb, and she always offers fair pricing. Although I'm leaving due to a new job, I'll sincerely miss this apartment.
I moved into Maple Creek Apartments a year ago coming from living in a house for 5 years before that. I was nervous about a lot of different aspects about living in an apartment again. However, Amber made the process easy for me. She was helpful, responded quickly, down to earth, and overall so easy to work with. I've lived at Maple Creek Apartments for almost 15 years now years and we have had many maintenance people but the one we have now is the best! His name is Will. He is prompt, pleasant and excellent at his trade.
Had no issues the first couple years. Over time we started having loud neighbors, people setting off fire alarms, people parking in front of our garage, packages frequently stolen etc. Snow removal is not quick and has resulted in not being able to get out of garage for work.
My Girlfriend and I loved living at the Maple Creek apartments. It was a nice comfortable environment and stayed well kept. Anytime we needed maintenance they would be there within a day or two. Very nice units with ours being plenty spacious. I almost never heard any neighbors besides commuting through the hallways. The people that work for Buchholz properties are honest, dependable and caring. You won't be disappointed living here.
