The time spent here I can say is minimal, a place to live. Living here over time, I have seen an increase in the amount of noise from a small percentage of tenants whom ruin any opportunity for respectful enjoyment. It happens regularly enough but falls short of reporting it in time. Also, people get sick with viruses each year and it I'm recovering from a six week cough as this is my third time in the last five years, getting a cold from others.
