Apartmentratings.com keeps deleting my review. I hated it here. Outdated appliances, leaking ceiling and bandaids over issues that should be repaired. A neighbor Kim at is mentally challenged and kept reporting us for our toddler crying and for us walking up and down the stairs. The floors are loud and old.
I would not advice anyone to live here. Rules make it impossible to enjoy and live with friends and kids. Management discriminates and they charge for EVEYTHING TO BE REPLACED.....They use cheapeast blinds, walls, carpet.... and so many other nastiness. I was new to Columbus and thought it was a good place, but I'm advising you to take an extra week and look for a place that has cameras in the parking lots or gated complex. Buy your safetyNess. No gym, no laundry, and you pay double utilities....this by far is the worst apar... read more
