Live here. It's great. Quiet, clean.
Maple Avenue has been an excellent place to live. Our only issue is the water company charges high rates. Management is fantastic and so is maintenance. But as a forewarning, be prepared to practice highly strict water conservation should you desire a low bill. By low I mean under $55 a month and that's using about 1,150 gallons. Water company is Minol and to us they are a total ripoff but that has nothing to do with the excellent apartments. Area is also pretty quiet which is a plus.
