I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming.
