Food is good but the dress code is not enforced equally
Probably one of the best steakhouses in Chicago, I don’t think i ever had a bad experience here. Olive wagyu steaks are something to experience for all steak enthusiasts.
This was a celebration for my sister's birthday and her first experience at Maple and Ash...the one word that explains this experience is PHENOMENAL...our waitress was full of knowledge and made some.great recommendations. We received 2 complimentary items courtesy of the Chef and they were not on the menu, and they were absolutely delicious. The drinks were top shelf and the perfect mixture for an unforgettable flavor. We overenjoyed our meal and dessert and cannot wait until our return visit.

You’re greeted with a cocktail the moment you walk in — that alone sets the tone. The space has this intimate, almost cinematic vibe, lit entirely by candles that make the whole experience feel personal. We went for the seafood tower and the swordfish — both on point. Drinks? Exceptional. Everything about this place whispers class without trying too hard.
