Do not move here. The building is a broken down palace. It looks great from the outside, but the owners used inexpensive labor and materials, and the building has constant issues and is always in need of repairs. The building was poorly constructed. Amenities are constantly closed for repairs. Apartments have flooded. Floors need to be replaced. And the apartments were not delivered in move in condition. The apartments seem to have been finished in a hurry. One of the doors in our unit was painted shut when we moved in and there are scratches and paint spots throughout the apartment. Visually, they are very pretty and modern, but not great quality. The amenities tend to have problems. The package room has been broken half of the time we have lived there (since April). It has been a pleasure living here the last 10 months. We love the location and the other tenants. The pool has been a bonus and one of the main reasons we decided to rent here. Lastly, the staff has been an asset as well. Thank-you!
