Had Maple Air come out to service a unit for a business, unit had not been service in a long long time if ever. They sent Tenzin out, I cannot say enough about this man. He worked diligently to disassemble and service my unit was up front about the possibility that it may not work at the end. I completely understood as this unit needed major TLC. Great service from Azam. Our AC broke down and he was able to come in on the same day and fix the unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, shared what he needs to do with the total cost and completed the repair. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and provided some suggestions on how to maximize our unit's efficiency.
