After a car collision involving one of their insured drivers, I called the phone number listed on the policy around 6 p.m. The agent who answered, listed under “Agent: Cya Insurance Company,” was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice, questioned why I was calling “so late,” refused to provide proper contact information, and hung up on me. If this is a personal number, it should not be listed for post-accident contact. This experience was stressful and completely unacceptable from an insurance provider.
I wish there was a way to give RED FLAGS. Make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT which you don’t have to do with ANY other insurance company. They screwed me over BAD. And now my lawyer needs proof they actually paid someone who as injured and they can’t even provide that!!! Will turn into legal action against them tomorrow. Try to explain how you didn’t pay out on my claim. This company should be closed by now - ITS FAKE.
