We couldn’t be happier with Mapco! We had some issues with our insurance company and James helped us navigate them all! The finished product (roof, gutters, siding, garage door, and windows) was beyond what we hoped for! We would use Mapco again for sure.
Our experience with Mapco Exteriors was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. What was supposed to be a full exterior renovation—new siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters—turned into a drawn-out mess with constant issues, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. They failed to provide a dumpster for the removal of 2,800 sq ft of old materials, leaving a massive pile of debris in our yard for over a week. These guys are really easy to work with. Jim is very honest and helpful in telling me all the options that I had with my roof. I went with Malarkey which is a very high quality shingle and has up to a 25-year lifespan. Mapco told me I would probably get a discount on my insurance because of getting these shingles and sure enough within a week I had a check from my insurance! The roofers were great. They laid tarps around the perimeter of my house to catch falling shingles, nails, etc and then Jim came back after the job was ... read more

I’m going to start this off by saying that I’m a very picky person. I was truly impressed by Jim and his crew. Their workmanship is of the highest quality! Jim’s communication and honesty are far and above the definition of professionalism. We came out of what was the worst situation with another company and Mapco saved our home. I have never had an experience like this with a contractor before and I’m never going to use another contractor other than Mapco again! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Jim!!!
