These guys are really easy to work with. Jim is very honest and helpful in telling me all the options that I had with my roof. I went with Malarkey which is a very high quality shingle and has up to a 25-year lifespan. Mapco told me I would probably get a discount on my insurance because of using them and sure enough within a week I had a check from my insurance! The roofers were great. I’m going to start this off by saying that I’m a very picky person. I was truly impressed by Jim and his crew. Their workmanship is of the highest quality! Jim’s communication and honesty are far and above the definition of professionalism. We came out of what was the worst situation with another company and Mapco saved our home. I have never had an experience like this with a contractor before and I’m never going to use another contractor other than Mapco again! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Jim!!!
Jim and Mike were a delight to work with from the start to the completion of the project. MAPCO Exteriors removed and installed new roofing/siding on my home after hail had damaged it earlier this year. "Be aware" We used Mapco to re-vynle our whole house. At 1st they started on like they said they would. Then the waiting game began. There was a constant delay or they never showed up with the right material. Yes we made some changes in the process, but we paid for the extra labor and materials.
