We actually only came to use this company originally because we were meeting with a real estate agent to sell our house and we had a couple loose shingles. She mentioned that she's got a guy she uses if we didn't already know anybody. Within days not only did she contact her guy, but John Paul was already on the roof looking into the situation. Ryan was very helpful with the whole process of getting our roof replaced. He made multiple trips out when dealing with the insurance company, providing samples, steering us to homes to see different options, and hands on the day the roof was installed. We really appreciated his willingness to help us out. Thanks again for everything.
Be careful when scheduling a project with the company. “Project Managers” are independent contractors and will take your money and not complete job. One of the companies representatives was working on a neighbors house and manipulated my wife and tricked her into a “discounted” project cost, took the money via Venmo, and did not provide an actual contract. While the project was small and cost a couple thousand dollars it remains incomplete with long gaps in responses or blatant disregard for normal business courtesy. The pro... read more
We had an amazing experience with Mapco. After our tornado damage I struggled with my insurance company to want to take care of all of our damage. Jim Russo kept fighting for us all summer long to get them to pay for all of our damage. Jim and his team of workers replaced all of our siding and roof with extreme care and excellent clean up. Jim is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet, and he really cares and listens to all of your needs. If I could give ten stars I would do it.
