Driver in van #14 was all over the road while on his phone. He was also doing over 60 miles per hour right by Snelling and University!!
Extremely dangerous drivers, license plate LAT-096 changed lanes in the center of an intersection cutting off a whole lane of traffic and almost causing me to be rear ended. I honked my horn as the driver was clearly not paying attention to the road or other cars around him. The driver took this as an opportunity to brake check me and all of the cars behind me and then proceeded to drive down County Road C at 15 miles per hour purposely backing up traffic. i really wish zero starts was an option luckily i happened to look at my cameras because they dropped a brand new wheel in the parking lot in front of a buisness next door and left with no notice
