The receptionist is fine...friendly and does her best under the circumstances. The Dentist...Lori Wilson has no bedside manner...she has no fks to give when a patient is in excruciating pain...and told me that I was making a bad impression when I should be grateful. She didn't like my tone (I was in so much pain) and when I suggested a particular antibiotic she yelled at me for daring to come into her office and tell her how to conduct her business.
