I have been introduced to the practice since Oct 26, 2011. First to a nurse practitioner Shanti Rubin for a couple of years. When she left to take car of her family in the Midwest, I was transferred to Dr Alice R Mao until Mar 3, 2023 when I had an medical emergency. She was very confused about my medical emergency and did not understand the seriousness of it unfortunately and did not seem to reach out to myself or my husband of what really happened.
Best Doctor I have ever had. Very helpful.
