I lived here over 10 years and I only got like a $50 deposit back. Which I feel was actually wrong

The landlords, Chris and Sabrina, violated my right to a reasonable accommodation and were required by the Civil Rights Department to undergo interactive process training through a webinar. I am now exploring the possibility of filing a civil lawsuit for defamation, since they lied numerous times about me to the CRD. They are blaming a old man that's blind that has lived there for 15 year's for a roach infestation he never had them for 14 years and all the sudden they spawn and hes to blame. Someone moved in that had roaches they need someone to blame. Also he lives with his whole house in the middle of each room because they spray every two weeks its such a horrible way to live. Watch out because no matter how long you've lived there they will take your deposit then charge you 1800 for carpet.
