I would give O if I could. These apartments are for people from San Fransico honestly. Reno us over crowded from people moving from the Bay Area. These apartments remind me of this culture. The only person that could be called half way decent here is Joanne. If she still works here! Complaints are on a regular here and there are daily phone calls because your neighbors can’t be human beings and have a conversation! These people have no heart at all. I hate these flipping apartments
