Amazing!!! We were in Havasu for Memorial Day and our dog had a crazy reaction to something and was going down hill fast. Her whole stomach looked like someone skinned her! She couldn’t move and we thought we were going to lose her. None of the Vets in Havasu would help us . We got ahold of Dr Waldron and he said he would help us. We drove an hour to Kingman and he left his home at 10:00pm and met us. We were there til almost 1:00am and our dog is 100% better. We had a dog with sudden house breaking issues. They kindly got us in very quickly, made the urine catch a breeze and did a quite thorough check up. As a retired Vet Tech, I am pretty picky about dolling out praise. I felt We received outstanding service and care. They were great with our sassy rescue.
Our Lady dog actually loves going to their office. She has had a couple of life threatening emergencies, recently a double snake bite. The staff gave me clear directions, saw her immediately on her arrival, keeping me informed as to her risks and progress. Thank you for being in the business of treating beloved pets and their families. You all act like you love your jobs.

I just want to take a minute and say how grateful we are to Dr Zitterkopf and the wonderful staff. I have had more than one interaction with all the Doctors here and you are all awesome. The last just recently when my poor girl Sadie sue went into total kidney failure with other underlying issues. The doctor did all he could to help her but in the end she was to far gone. Dr Anderson is the best ever! When it came to putting my sweet Sophy girl down, I could not have asked for anyone more compassionate. He truly loves the animals he cares for and it shows in his actions. My Ruby and Rollie girls love him too! I'm so glad I took my dog Tommy Boy for an emergency visit today. It was so worth it! he was in so much pain and now he is resting comfortably. It was very informative and Tommy was so comfortable there even though he was in pain. thank you so much dr. Anderson and Debbie for coming in on your holiday. And thank your families for me.❤
