The customer service was horrible and the communication. They lost me a customer never will I go back there .
10/10!! i had an amazing experience here! the ladies in here were so kind to me and took me in last minute, i almost cried! i had been stood up at another braiding spot and called around to see if i could find someone. these ladies was nice enough to let me come through even though it was technically after hours. my braids look phenomenal ! thank you soooo much! best spot in town forreal! i can’t wait to return !
Owner and employees rude and incompetent.They tore out my hair and then refused to give me a refund. Craziness 🤯
Paid for a service that left me in pain and with hair loss, only to be called back to the salon where I was met with aggression instead of accountability. No refund, no professionalism, just dismissiveness. Clients deserve care, not damage
