Performed unnecessary surgery that made condition worse in the long run. Failed to apply accepted gold standard to treat the problem. Stitches immediately came loose and incision infected.
I really enjoy my visits with Dr. Quayle, and I am grateful for the successful surgeries. He is very good about answering questions and giving realistic expectations. And his receptionist is delightful.
Dr. Quayle was interested in me, and fixing my problems. He did a great job explaining problems and solutions. He even made himself available nights and weekends after surgeries, in case of complications. Further, his receptionist was always pleasant; I looked forward to the visits. She was always looking for ways to be helpful. By natural disposition these are two positive people that make you smile.
