In my experience with any service I'm shown what the cost are associated with the repair before approving any work my water heater was leaking.**************** confirmed it needed to be replaced. He asked what I had I said it was a 40 gal. And asked how many people in the home. When I asked him how much to replace he said $2000, which to me was odd, I never get an even number quoted I assumed he was rounding up..he get it fixed and was ok with the price..he showed up later with the replacement and installed. This is my first time dealing with Manwill Plumbing and Heating, Inc. I spoke with Jeff in the office about my situation and concerns. Jeff was very understanding and professional in listening to me and willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. David and Jessica were the technicians that took care me. They were kind and courteous, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. They too, answered my questions and were very professional in doing so. I certainly will be using Manwill's services again.

From start to finish, it was a top notch job with great communication. Manwill installed A/C into my house. Every question my wife and I had was answered fully and respectfully. The install looks super clean and runs smooth. It was obvious they care greatly about the work and satisfaction. They installed a central air unit for me. My upstairs wasn't cooling as much as the rest of the house so I gave them a call and they came right out and assessed the situation and installed anothet vent upstairs free of charge and even took down my old swamp cooler and sealed off the opening. Also free of charge. Love this company. And when I'm ready for a new heater they are the company I'll be calling.

I needed a toilet flange to be replaced. My house was built in '79. Brad came and diagnosed the situation and told me what had to be done. I never watched him. He just started the job and was all business and completed the job. If I ever need a plumber, THIS IS THE GUY! He did a fantastic job and was a real pro plus a real nice guy. Excellent Experience Great Service. Extremely cold and I'm sure their phones where ringing off the hook, but they offered my service that evening and the serviceperson arrived last evening. He quickly diagnosed the furnace, discussed our options without being pushy or trying to sell me anything unneeded. He then proceeded to make the repair. I feel the cost was very reasonable. Many of my neighbors use them also.

The most honest heating company – I've been a repeat customer for years but this year I found a competitors coupon to service my furnace for less money. I called the competitor and all they wanted to do was sell me a new furnace and a service contract. I sent the competitor away without paying (because he didn't do anything but try to sell me stuff) I then called Manwill. Review from a consumer I can't speak to the other reviewers problems with Manwill (he's a contractor, worked with them from that side of things), but the first time I called Manwill Plumbing, I called them to redo all the pipes in my house -- 2 guys came out, they seemed very cool, and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. They recommended a couple things to be cheaper than I might have otherwise bought (because they'd work just as well or better). All in all I was very impressed.
