Work wise, the dentist here has been fine. Front staff, however, is rude, unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the patients. I had to cancel my appt 3 times: once because HE gave me the wrong time and then blamed me; second time my son had covid; and third time (today) my father had a stroke and I left immediately to be with him. I called — from the hospital — to explain and with no interest or concern at all he said “find yourself another dentist”! Which I will absolutely do! Not recommended nobody to them disrespectful for the disabled I'm disabled am not lieing she don't know how to handle small mouth she did not communicate with me I told her I have tmj and she didn't believe me I will not lie about my disabled I'm telling the truth I am the same on my aunt will step in for that
UPDATE: Second time going to this practice and they blow every other dentist I've been to out of the water. I've been to brighter dental in Bridgewater and they are ok, but the dentist clearly cares more about her personal organization skills than customer satisfaction because they'll leave you in the dental chair an hour while you wait for her to clean 5-10 other sets of teeth so they can get as much money as possible. Good practice. They are quick and you get their full attention. Instead of the scraper thing they use high pressure water to clean your teeth, which had it's pros and cons. The other reviews are being too judgemental. Everyone is friendly and while the office looks alittle old and small, the service is excellent.
