I should have read the reviews before calling this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I just hung up the phone. I called to make an appointment as a first time patient and the call didn't even last 2 minutes. I was never greeted and the level of annoyance and carelessness was just mind-blowing.
Work wise, the dentist here has been fine. Front staff, however, is rude, unprofessional and couldn’t care less about the patients. I had to cancel my appt 3 times: once because HE gave me the wrong time and then blamed me; second time my son had covid; and third time (today) my father had a stroke and I left immediately to be with him. I called — from the hospital — to explain and with no interest or concern at all he said “find yourself another dentist”! Which I will absolutely do! Not recommended nobody to them disrespectful for the disabled I'm disabled am not lieing she don't know how to handle small mouth she did not communicate with me I told her I have tmj and she didn't believe me I will not lie about my disabled I'm telling the truth I am the same on my aunt will step in for that
UPDATE: Second time going to this practice and they blow every other dentist I've been to out of the water. I've been to brighter dental in Bridgewater and they are ok, but the dentist clearly cares more about her personal organization skills than customer satisfaction because they'll leave you in the dental chair an hour while you wait for her to clean 5-10 other sets of teeth so they can get as much money as possible.
