Bad customer service and rude called 3 times trying to order parts 1st time told me $500 for the parts then hung up the phone while I was talking to him I called the next day for 2nd time he won’t give me attention and keeps taking to other people after he knows he got the same color bumper and fender I need it then tell me to call back with 1hr I called for 3rd time told me $675 for the same part that’s bad business I won’t do business with them anymore and o don’t recommend them to anyone
Worst place I have ever went to. Bad customer service and very, very long wait hours. Disrespectful and not caring about the customers. Don’t recommend it for anyone.
They are crooks. They sold us a bad transmission. They will not refund the money or give us another transmission. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

i went and got a part waited 2 hours for it get it home and we get to installing it and its not the same they do not do cash or check refund, then the one of those girls wants to argue with me, then put a person on hold so i hang up call back and then the man say they only do in store credit wow never will i buy again from them just terrible!!!! the hard part is getting my money back even if they do not have another one to offer
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE - bought an engine for $2,500 from Michigan. They shipped the engine to us and we could not turn over by hand - we contacted them and they said they would help cover the cost of having the cylinder heads gone through (rinse, pressure check, resurface) we put over $1,000 into the top end of the engine. I argued that they should be covering at least half of this cost which they were not willing to do. This is the worst salvage company around. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK! You have been warned! They will sell you a part and tell you its good then find out the part is bad and they refuse to replace or refund. I would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere other than here unless you just like buying bad parts, dealing with a shady business owner and enjoy giving your money away!.
Under no circumstances should you buy from this yard! They are crooked as they can be. They say they will give a warranty but if you need it they won't honor it. We are a professional repair facility who had bought from them before but never again.
