My guess is Waste Management services our building twice a day, three times a week because they can charge more and not because that much material accumulates in the dumpsters. There needs to be a audit for how often they come to the building and if they actually remove that much material. They should probably remove the dumpster lids since they're noisy when dumpsters are emptied and are never closed in the garage bay anyway.
