My partner and I have been going to this practice for over a year now and we have always had good experiences seeing Dr Tung and Dr Worrell. I remember sitting in the waiting room and watching other patients get frustrated at Dr Shafi's lateness. Now that all the other doctors have left, we had to make an appointment with Dr Shafi. Very caring, well run and professional practice, easy to book appointments online and staff always helpful
My wife and I have been attended by the medical team at Manuka Medical Centre for five years now and we have been completely satisfied with the help and treatment that we have received there. All staff are professional, friendly and helpful. There have been a couple of occasions when an appointment has been found the same day for something urgent and for that we have been most grateful. We are happy to recommend the centre and staff.
A friendly and professional team situated in a central location. Ease of communication with online booking / phone booking. Parking readily available and convenient access for those who want undercover and no stairs. Large waiting room and consistently attended front desk. A nurse as well as the practitioners. My doctor over the previous 5 years has been Dr Shafi and she has provided excellent well rounded care. Skin checks and surgeries and general health care and advice.
I have been going to this practice for over thirty years all the doctors that I have had have been outstanding and my doctor now doctor Shafi is the best doctor that I’ve ever had I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor Manuka Medical Centre is so easy to get too and the practice manager Najeeb and the staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful in everything they do for you.
