Manuel's meals are top notch. Not only are the flavors rich, varied and delicious, but the portion sizes, customized to meet my weight loss goals, are perfect. It is the right amount of food that leaves me full and satiated, while also hitting all my macro nutrient targets. Emirhan is so knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I used to go to the Mission Viejo store that he worked at, and now I'm lucky that he moved into this location which is much closer to where I live. Prices are great and I'm already halfway through the pre workout and protein powder I got!
