I am beyond appalled by the experience my daughter and I had with this ENT pediatric office. After waiting 2 months for an appointment, they refused to see my daughter because we were 10 minutes late—despite rushing from school, taking her out early, and making every effort to arrive on time. The lack of compassion and flexibility was shocking. he’s a rly good doctor, he may of put me through pain, but overall i knew he was doing his job. he took good care of me & i appreciate that. he’s officially my new favorite doctor with this other doctor mel, God blessed me with a good doctor. God bless that man foreal & God bless her too.
