Update 28th Feb 2025: Thank you for the response Dr Reyes but given no one from your staff ever calls back or responds to my calls after several more weeks of trying to deal with my continued issues I can’t act on your guidance to follow up. If your team can contact me directly to finally sort the issue I would appreciate it. It doesn’t seem like the back office and staff are improving. Dr Reyes is a good Dr and very thorough but his staff for scheduling and payments are an absolute nightmare. If you didn’t have a heart condition when being treated by him, you for sure will afterwards if you have to deal with his back office team for invoicing or scheduling. I would go with a bigger name provider to reduce your stress. It’s a shame given the Dr is good but the overall service is important also. I’ve spent months chasing codes for blood tests and also follow up on a bill I paid but they show as outstanding. ... read more
