QUICKLY LOSING ALL FAITH and VERY concerned!! This is so frustrating to have to deal with keeping them in line every week for what I should be doing for my treatment because everyone has a different version. I was referred by my insurance company and there was some confusion as to where to get my blood work done after my appointment. I really like the doctor. I’ll give her five stars however it’s the next day and they still don’t know where to get my blood work done and they are finance department and billing department hasn’t contacted me back and they said that the just go wherever and pay for it in the office said to go to they would contact the insurance and contact me right back. A shout out to Kaylyn and Aaron that are in the front desk staff! Always SO very helpful and kind. FCS is a very busy place and lots going on but every time I’ve needed attention to something they have always stepped up to help and find a solution. Way to go!!!
