Came to my appt on time, ushered into the room on time, however, waited for more than an hour before I was seen. Had to go out and ask if I had been "forgotten." Provider apologized and explained reason for the delay. Someone should have checked in on me after a reasonable amount of time to explain delay or just to let me know i have not been forgotten.
So friendly and scheduling was so easy on the phone. Very nice people work there.
Great interaction starting with the staff who checked me as well as everyone else and the physician seen. Highly recommended!
Anytime I’m there the front desk is loud lots of joking and they never seem to know what each other is doing. The nurses in the back that flush my port are not friendly. I feel that I’m just another patient.
This facility has shown me so much gentle care. The techs, Dr. Nance, the front desk operators-- they all treat me with respect, even when I am not at my best socially. Thank you for your continuing kindness. CM
