I was told to get iv iron infusion, no teaching given as what to expect and to prepare before and after iron transfusion, such as what side effects I might forsee, no clear instructions as to whether I should continue taking my iron supplements, the answer they gave me was I may or i may not, which makes me worry about either getting Into iron overload or lacking of iron despite iron transfusion...
