Saw a doctor in the West Palm office 7 years ago and never had an issue with him or the staff. Monday March 3rd I showed up to the Lake City office to try to schedule an appointment with a hemoglobin of 6.5 and a PPO (no referral needed), and was sent home with a big NO when asked for an appointment. Easy to sign in to be seen. Had labs done only today. Spring was very professional and friendly. Sometimes they have trouble getting my veins but, not Spring, she got it in the first try.
Dr. Nance is outstanding. Unfortunately, in the 4 years I’ve been a patient, I’ve rarely seen her. This last visit I was specifically told they made my appointment with her. They called to change the day and time TWICE so I could see her. After waiting in the room for some time, her assistant came in. I expressed some concerns I had, we made a plan, two weeks later I received a call back from the assistant saying she had only just then had an opportunity to speak to Dr. Nance and essentially they could do nothing more for me... read more
