Definitely, the best doctor, surgeon, and radiologist there is. I had a hernia operation with Dr. Sanchez and the next day, I was up and running without any pain. I kept asking my wife if I really had the surgery done the day before. Few months later, the expected liquid that filled my hernia failed to drain. One of the most caring surgeons I have ever known. Met him in the ER and had emergency surgery 30 minutes later. Very conservative medical care tailored to my complex needs. Just had my follow up appointment and he took the time to notice my new shoes and haircut.
He was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. He provided excellent care for my son. I recommend him to everyone. He is one of the best doctors at Rush.
In May, while visiting family in Illinois I became very sick. I was diagnosed with a perforated ulcer & had to have emergency surgery. Dr. Sanchez was absolutely amazing, from explaining what was going to occur before the surgery, to making my family feel at ease, to my care in the hospital. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, better outcome or better doctor in such an an unexpected situation. Thank You Dr. Sanchez, I would definitely recommend you!
