I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Manuel and today a colonoscopy and endoscopy, he was so comforting and thoroughly explained the procedure. Afterwards I had no discomfort. I had this done at another medical practice a few years back and was very uncomfortable after. Dr. Manuel is skilled and knowledgeable, so happy I’ve found him.
I seen him once a year ago for a problem I thought I pretty much solved myself, however a couple months ago it came back with vengeance. I wasn’t able to see dr Manuel but I seen one of his attending providers or something her name was Jayleen and the experience in office was fine, she smiled, did a routine exam as well as asked questions and seemed like she understood I was having a problem. He ran a few tests and didn't really come up with any diagnosis or options. Gave me some medicine that he said would help, but it didn't. I followed up to let him know it wasn't working. He essentially dismissed me and then I ended up in the ICU in Chicago shortly after. Dr Manuel definitely missed something.
Dr Manuel is very caring and always returning phone call he is very easy to talk to takes time to listen his secretary Debra is very nice and helpful all around is a very nice place to call and be seen at I feel blessed to have found him
I love Deb and Trish. They're so easy to talk to. Dr. Manuel is a sweet guy that actually cares about his patients and will let you ugly cry in front of him. It's always hard for me to go to my appointments because of how anxious I get but I'm very thankful for the staff.
Excellent doctor.
I think Dr. Manuel is a fine doctor but his office staff , Debora who should not work at the reception desk in his office. She should not be allowed to work anywhere nearly related to the health care field at all. She is rude and had no customer (patient) service skill or attitude. After I had two phone communication with her, I decided not ever going back to the doctor's office. Let's know if you hire Debora. We will go back to your office
