Update. I have used Manny now for 4 transactions. 3 rentals and 1 buy and he’s been on top of every transaction. Great communication and I’m happy with the end result each time. Manny was referred to me by my brother. From the beginning he was knowledgeable of the areas I was looking into. He stayed on top of everything from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. Manny and his team were extremely exceptional. My process was delayed due to seller's issues, but Manny stood by me, fought for me and encouraged me.
