Three times within a month this Cardiologist has stormed into his patients room (2 seperate) while they're resting, either late at night or very early in the morning, flips on the lights startling the crap out of the cardiac patient and their family member!!!! Could absolutely use lessons on his bedside manner. Just totally rude and inconsiderate of others.
Saw Dr Cruz for the first time today. Absolutely am so happy. He was very personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. His entire staff was very friendly and professional.
Dr Cruz is an excellent cardiologist.
My wife was referred to this MD. His staff was very disrespectful. He kept her waiting for almost two hours. She is an overly patient person. She finally just left without even seeing the doctor. Would not recommend.
