Poor listening and communication skills. Disrespect by ghosting my texts EVEN AFTER letting them know I was in meetings and could not take calls. I double checked to make sure they were using mobile. They were: AT&T. That means ALL my texts were seen and disrespectfully not responded to. We worked with Manuel 2 years ago. It was a great deal and quick big job but It wasn't easy to manage everything for all of us. But the result was great. We wouldnt finish the house without their team Jose and Andy. They did raised the ceiling and put beam, remove walls, replaced part of the roof entirely, renewed electrical system in living room, added 3 new windows including patio door. Added skylight etc.. He is a friendly/nice guy who prices and bids low, expect additional fees post bid...the roof looks good overall from the outside, but you get what you pay for I guess...still have rotten wood (payed to have this resolved) and missing soffit/facia covers, broken decking and nails everywhere, I have had to thoroughly sweep and resweep with a magnet to clean areas missed to prevent my young child from being constantly impaled...he wanted to charge more to sweep again so we refused... when it should have been a 99.9% remove and... read more
