We just had our first meeting with Sunny. We are so excited to start this process! Manuel Builders is a one- stop shop. We love that they’re experienced and have built the plan we chose, so all the kinks are already worked out. Sunny was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and honest. We can’t wait to get started!

Amazing experience from plan selection through warranty!
My family had such a great experience. We used one of their floorplans and customized it to fit my family’s needs, fit our lot, and fit our HOA requirements. This was an investment for us and I felt like they understood that. We weren’t just another project. Building a home is a long process no matter who builds it but the communication was great every step of the way. We couldn’t be happier.
The design process yielded the most amazing home, and now we are getting ready to break ground! Grant, Toni, and Daniel provided such fantastic support no matter whether we were making simple decisions or navigating something unexpected beyond their control. This is going to be the most beautiful house ever, I would recommend Manuel 10 times out of 10!!
