Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
