I had 10 years of lower back(Sacrum) pain. Tried everything. After one session of physical therapy from Christy, my back pain was gone the next day to never return again.

When I first came to Christy I was in rough shape. At just 33 years old, I was already conceding that maybe I wouldn't be able to straighten my left leg anymore. It was easy to see that she was genuinely invested in my health, and her enthusiasm gave my hope. After working together for a few months I had almost completely regained my full capacity, and repatterned a year's worth of misuse. Christy's help is truly priceless, she guided me back into an active life full of functional movement.

Collaborative and head-to-toe! Christy teaches you the way you are supposed to feel and gives you the tools to get there and stay there. There is simply no one else like her.

Christy helped me recover from misaligned vertebrae after a rough labor with my first child. There was nothing else that would help. I wasn't able to get up from a sitting position. My various doctors couldn't provide any relief, only Christy helped me. I'm forever grateful and I go to her for any back or ache problems and she always makes me feel better. She is is the best in her field, go see her first to feel better! Thank you Christy!!

After a very serious injury I was given many prescription drugs for my pain, they didn't even touch it. The only thing that took my pain away was consistently seeing Christy for PT. she gave me my life back and helped me make a complete recovery �

I can't tell you how much of a life saver Christy has been. I had an injured knee that she worked me through that I was sure I'd need to have surgery on. I now stretch daily which has also been a major game changer in my life. Last summer I pulled my back out and thought I'd never be the same again. Thank god Christy came to my rescue yet again.
